Once you’ve placed an order, it should be ready in about 2-3 weeks from the time of being sent off, most of our products is 2-3 weeks, but it really depends on what you order. We will contact you to collect your finished portraits once all the order has come, in and it's been checked over. Full payment is required when you place any order with us, we accept most credit/debit cards, cheques and cash. |
We can re-order any of the single images in a collection, at a discounted rate up to one week after an order has been placed. Please note: once any order has been placed it cannot be undone! |

We understand that on occasions it is inconvenient for you to keep your appointments, but were more than happy to reschedule your sittings for a more convenient time. As we do not charge for our sittings all we ask is for you to give us a call within 24 hours of your appointment for you to still qualify for your free sitting! 0n circumstances when were not contacted free sitting will no longer be available and a booking fee of £ 15 will be asked for to securer your appointments. |
